SHS Capital is the only German private equity fund that specializes exclusively in healthcare investments. For over 30 years, the fund has been investing in high-growth companies in the fields of medical technology, life science, digital health and diagnostics, with the aim of developing them into European market leaders.

Most recently, SHS secured 270 million euros, and in addition to many well-known family offices, attracted important investors such as the European Investment Fund, the L-Bank, as well as Helsana Health Invest.

Compared to VCs, SHS Capital invests in companies at a somewhat later stage as a growth investor. The investments are mostly medium-size companies and scale-ups/growth companies with high growth rates of 30-50% per year, with a relatively low risk compared to VCs.
